What is the update policy for the fixed price on the Conecta Luz Tariff?

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

 

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

 

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

I have another tariff with Endesa. Can I change to the Conecta Luz Tariff?

No, this tariff is only available to new customers. If you are already an Endesa customer, we have a lot of exclusive benefits for you.

Do I have a commitment period if I sign up for the Conecta Luz Tariff?

No, the Conecta Luz tariff has no exit fee. You can change tariff or leave whenever you want, without penalties.

What happens if I exceed a contracted power of 10 kW?

The Conecta Luz Tariff is designed exclusively for supply points with a contracted power of 10 kW or less. If you exceed this limit:

 

You will not be able to sign up for Conecta initially if your power is already higher.

If you wish to switch to this tariff, you must first lower your contracted power, which you can arrange with your distribution network operator or through Endesa.

 

Expert recommendation: If your household consumption allows, adjusting your contracted power can lead to double savings: on your standing charge and by accessing more competitive tariffs like Conecta.

What benefits does the PARA TI programme offer if I sign up for Conecta?

Although Conecta is a simple tariff, it includes full access to the PARA TI loyalty programme, where you can:

 

Collect points with every bill you pay.

Redeem them for direct discounts on future electricity or gas bills.

Access exclusive prize draws and promotions from partner companies.

 

Key differentiator: Despite being a digital tariff with no added extras, it allows you to benefit from Endesa's loyalty ecosystem from the very first month.

How long does it take for the tariff to be activated after I sign up?

The tariff change usually takes effect within 1 to 5 working days, depending on:

 

Your electricity distribution network operator's meter reading cycle.

Whether the process involves a new connection or switching supplier.

 

During this period:

 

Your electricity supply will not be interrupted.

You will receive confirmation by email and can track the process from your customer area.

Can I use Conecta Luz if I have a solar tariff?

Currently, the Conecta Luz Tariff is not available for self-consumption installations with surplus energy. This means that:

 

It is not compatible with compensation for energy fed back into the grid.

If you have solar panels, it is more advisable to opt for tariffs like Endesa Solar, which do include these features.

 

Professional opinion: Conecta Luz is ideal for conventional consumption, but it is not suitable if you are generating your own energy. Contact us and one of our advisors will help you choose the best solar tariff for you based on your installation, consumption and habits.

Does Conecta Luz cover all of Spain?

The tariff is available in all of Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, provided that:

 

You are a new customer (or are switching from another company).

You have a contracted power of ≤ 10 kW.

If I have a social bonus and I select this promotion, will I lose it?

If you have a social bonus, you should not sign up for this tariff, as you would lose it.

Does this tariff include any promotions?

Yes, when you sign up for the Conecta Luz tariff and register for the PARA TI loyalty programme through the Endesa customer area, you will receive €50 in PARA TI points to redeem for discounts on your bills.

What are the advantages of Conecta Luz compared to time-of-use tariffs?

The main advantage is its simplicity. You don't have to adapt your life to time bands (peak, mid-peak and off-peak).

How is the fixed price reflected in the monthly bill?

Your monthly bill will show:

 

Total consumption in kWh.

Fixed unit price per kWh.

Total due = consumption x fixed price (no surprises).

How can I cancel my contract with Endesa?
